This is me....

I think it is important to get to know who your Sparkle Lady is....

I grew up in many small, rural Western Ma towns. I lived with my parents and my sister and we never stayed put for very long.  Moving around a lot was tough as a small child, but it tought me to be flexible and how to meet and make new friends quickly.  I always disliked being the new kid, especiallu when it was in the middle of the school year, so I made a vow to myself that when I had children they would never have to move out of their school disctrict and have to go to a new school. I was lucky enough to stay in the same highschool for all 4 years, but not because we lived in the same place for the 4 years, but because it was important to me to go to the same highschool for all 4 years. So each time my parents moved us out of my school district I managed to make arrangements to stay with friends and family members. I continued this up until the point I could drive and then it didn't matter where I lived because I could always get myself to school. I went to a vocational school and wanted to be a nurse, but because my father didn't think I could "handle it" I went into Cosmetology. 

I was fortunate enough to fall in love with my highschool sweetheart. We dated for many years before getting married. We have been married for 26 years and live in a small, comfortable home in Easthampton, MA. We have been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters, Kristen, 24, Emily 20 and our Basset Hound Frank is 5 YO. Kristen has just graduated with her Master Degree from Buffalo State.  She will work as a Speech Language Pathologist in a local school system and Emily is in her 3rd year at Elms College, working on her degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders.  I was able to keep my committment to keep my girls in the same school system throughout their entire school career. 

I decided to start my own business 3 years ago because I wanted to help with the added expenses from our girls college and I LOVE to travel....alot!  So adding a side gig would certainly help. This business has changed my life in ways I never thought was possible.  I never went to college so I never imagined that I could be a women owned business making an income that will one day allow me to the financial freedom to leave my full time job to do what I love....helping other women to make their dreams come true! The friendships that I have made because of this business are priceless. I have been able to help pay for expenses that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to with my full-time job. I have also been able to take my family on dream vacations to Cancun (twice) as well as Sanibel Island, FL and we have a trip to Ireland planned for next year. Currently I am a leader blessed with a team of 8 women. I am so excited to continue to watch my team grow and to help other women grow the business of their dreams. The opportunity here is LIMITLESS...if you dare to DREAM & BELIEVE....you can ACHIEVE!!
