Our jewelry is just the beginning of so much more!!

My name is Kim Carnovale, a Senior Director with Swarovski's fastest growing direct sales division, Touchstone Crystal!! I've been a consultant with TCS for 6 1/2 fabulous years. These past few years have been filled with new friendships and team building along with my own personal development...not to mention the amazing incentive trips to exciting destinations all over the world and a luxurious BMW car allowance - with TCS the sky is the limit!! 

I love showering my hosts with tons of free bling! With Touchstone Crystal's Party Plan business model, I have been able to meet many women and build a network of friends, hosts and customers. Many have gone on to join me at TCS becoming my business partners. Each unique partnership is where my true passion lies. I provide support and the tools necessary to build one’s own small business to fit their individual needs.  Whether it be to get out of the house for a few hours a month, make new friends, earn a fabulous part-time income or full-time income Touchstone Crystal is your answer!!
